Depending on whether you are buying, selling or searching for an investment property, in some sectors of the market we still lack ample inventory to meet buyer demand….which is causing a bit of a feeding frenzy in some cases much to the delight of many home sellers.  We are indeed experiencing multiple-offers and “bidding wars” for specific property types, locations and in certain price ranges.
